7/7 MLB Breakdown
There won’t be much pregame today. I will be targeting the Cards/Nats game with Gibson and Herz on the mound. Both teams have been scoring a lot this series and I expect it to continue. Gibson had a very good May attributing to his lower end numbers and ERA but has not pitched well since. He has pitched better on the road this year putting me on a Cards win but the Nats should be able to get to him for 2-3 runs minimum. This will be the first time anyone on the Cards has seen Herz so I am laying off any individual props.
Graham Ashcraft has gone no more than 5.1 innings and given up 3 or more runs in his last 8 starts. He sports an 8.20 ERA at home and a 4.97 ERA during the day. I’m putting one unit on the team total pregame in case Detroit scores early but will also be adding to it live when the line drops. I love targeting runs in Cincy and will jump on this often.
