The College Football season kicks off today at noon with (10) Florida State taking on Georgia Tech. I will be making three plays on today’s game:
Florida State comes in as a 10.5 point favorite on the road. Those of you who know me know I always buy the lines up or down. Florida State comes in with one of the best defenses in the nation ranking around the top 10 if not closer to the top 5. This will factor into one of my later plays. The offense for Florida State comes in as a top 25 offense with DJ Uiagalelei starting his first game for the Seminoles after transferring. I expect Uiaglelei to put on a show in his first game. Georgia Tech comes in on defense with new coordinator Tyler Santucci who led Duke to the best defensive scoring in the ACC last year. While Georgia Tech’s defense may stop this game from being a complete embarrassment blowout, I don’t expect the defense to be able to suppress the Florida State offense enough to cover the spread, especially after buying it down. The Florida State defense should do more than enough to keep Georgia Tech under 20 points . This leads to the two additional plays I will be making on the game. Expecting Uiagalelei to have a big first game for the Seminoles, I will be playing his 225+ passing yards on Fanduel for -128. With Florida State’s defense expected to be so dominant, the defensive line is expected to create a ton of pressure on Georgia Tech’s o-line and QB Hayes King. King is a QB who likes to run and will put up over 10 rushing attempts in a game. The Seminoles d-line should cause enough havoc for King to put him on the run. King was one of two players, with Jayden Daniels being the other, to put up 2800 passing yards, 25 touchdown passes, 700 rushing yards and 10 touchdown runs last year. I will be laying some juice here to get much better lines, so tail along and lets have a start to the season!

- Florida State -6.5 -190: 3u
- DJ Uiagalelei 225+ -128: 2u (FD)
