Gameflows

Nightghost’s NHL Betting Breakdown

Good Afternoon,

Yesterday was a nice positive end to the day. Vegas fell flat and was our big swing on the day. They are a team in trouble right now and need to make some moves. I am updating the homepage to organize the sports content a little better and will be providing more weekly content. I hope everyone has been happy with live and sending the live play articles out. The trade deadline is Friday and I expect a lot of moving pieces. The NCAA block pool is filling and it will be filled by the start of the tournament. I have many personal friends/family who will fill it so please make sure if you want any you get them before I start filling it from the outside. The NFL draft tab on the homepage will consist of Sanaynay’s content and bets as well. I want Gameflows to be more than just betting plays. We will be a content provider educating you all the best we can on our tailored sports. Zab will be coming on for fantasy and betting as well for IDP and defensive content so keep an eye out for that as well. I still have two teams open in dynasty fantasy.. Rackets, Trey, a few others are in the league and would love to get these two teams filled so please find a co-owner or take it on yourself and join with us.

On the ice, the Devils have relieved Lindy Ruff in a surprise move. This shocks me. THe Devils were one of the worst teams in the league two seasons ago before being the shock of the league last year. The expectations are now Cup or bust for the Devils. They have looked horrible and against the Kings they looked lost. A matchup with the Panthers is not a great start under a new coach. The over in Florida hit yesterday with the empty net and I think they get back on the board tonight. The team total is 3 -155 and 2.5 is opening at -210. The Devils are in desperate need of goaltending. Akira Schmid gets tonight’s start so I will be on Florida. The Panthers look great right now and I don’t see it slowing down tonight.

Columbus is coming off a surprise win against the Knights yesterday and heading to Pittsburgh against a team who’s lost three in a row and has four goals in those three games. If Pittsburgh doesn’t win tonight the likelihood of them becoming sellers at the deadline on Friday is even more likely. This is a must win for the Penguins and it comes against a team they are 9-1 in their last 10 meetings with. I will be laying into the Pens tonight especially with Jet Greaves in net for Columbus. I am willing to die on this hill. If you want a backup hedge, play the game over.

The Isles have won three in a row after dropping back to back games starting with a 4-0 loss to the Blues in which they gave up three straight goals in 32 seconds. The Isles have wins over Dallas, Detroit, and Boston since then. The money line is a bit too high for me, but I will be getting back on some props. This is a game I expect Noah Dobson to tally another assist and want to be on their team total. I am going to play the total of three pregame, but I will be looking to see if we can get 2.5 at some point. The Isles need to continue this run to get back into a wild card spot and a rebound win against the Blues will help determine how serious this team is.

Edmonton and Boston is a no thanks. At all. These two put up 11 goals in Edmonton last week and then will follow that up with a 2-1 / 3-2 final tonight. Edmonton has hurt uss too much and Boston made Toronto look silly last night so I am staying away.

Nashville is on a roll, but games against teams like Montreal could trip them up. Nashville is the much better team and have won eight of the last ten. I’m approaching this one cautiously. Nashville should put up four goals tonight and have done it over their last eight games, all wins. I’m worried about them getting caught so I will wait to see who’s in net for Nashville first.

Winnipeg should win this game, and are a potential parlay piece with the Isles, but the line is too high for me to feel good about. We had a very profitable night last night with Seattle and do not want to give any of that back. I will look to hit this live at the end of the game.

Arizona is rebounding after losing fourteen in a row. Chicago has lost fifteen of sixteen and as much as I like Arizona tonight, I don’t think this matchup is worth running with.

Vancouver has lost six of eight, and their last win was a two goal output against the Ducks. This team is hitting a rough patch and the Kings are 7-3 in their last ten. This matchup should be too tight to have much of an edge and why its a -110 line.

Dallas secured a 3-2 shootout win in a matchup we laid off. I was worried about how they would perform against the Sharks and they barely got by. I’m shocked the team total is 3.5 at -185 and too rich off the bat. I will try and grab this line live. I do expect Dallas to have more control tonight and get on the board more often. Dallas has only hit four total goals in three of their last ten meetings with the Sharks. I think the books know and expect a better performance tonight as well so I will hit it for two units pregame and then potentially lay more into it live. This should be a game Dallas makes a statement with the Sharks who have lost ten of twelve.
